Two of the newest cellulite solutions on the market are anti cellulite laser treatment and cellulite patches. Both work using similar principles. They attempt to dissolve the fat underneath the skin in order to allow it to drain from the body. This is something like a mild liposuction technique, although on a much smaller level.
Neither is the final cellulite solution, as they have not been proven to completely remove cellulite. However, both have been reported to be helpful in curbing the spread of cellulite and improving the condition when combined with other treatments.
In this cellulite solution, lasers are used to heat up the area beneath the skin where the cellulite problem lies. This works to dissolve the fat in these areas and let it naturally drain from the body. This causes a slight irritation in the skin, but this goes away usually after a few hours. The result is much smoother looking skin in the cellulite affected areas. However, anti cellulite laser treatment must be gone through several times before it can actually result in a nearly complete reduction of cellulite, and unfortunately, it is not a permanent cellulite solution. Cellulite often comes back several months after anti cellulite laser treatment is finished. So, the moral is that anti cellulite laser treatment does work, but it requires ongoing treatment which could get expensive in the long run. You will have to ask yourself if this is worth it to you. Also, it is unfortunate that this treatment is so new, since this means that the long term side effects are still completely unknown.
The cellulite patch looks just like a smoking patch and is applied in the same manner but to the cellulite effected areas of the body. Just like anti-cellulite laser treatments, cellulite patches attempt to dissolve the fat content in between muscle tissue, allowing it to then drain naturally. The only difference is that cellulite patches use a chemical rather than a physical cellulite solution. The active ingredient is usually caffeine, which helps to dissolve the fat under the spot where the cellulite patch is applied. The fat then drains and the skin becomes smoother. However, like anti-cellulite laser treatments, this is not a complete cellulite solution on its own.
Cellulite patch uses a chemical solution For either of these treatments to be successful in the long run, they must be combined with other cellulite solutions such as changes to the diet and exercise regimen, as well as cellulite massages. After an anti cellulite laser treatment or cellulite patch is applied, exercise will be even more effective than it otherwise would be.
You should use both cardiovascular exercise and muscle toning exercises in order to compliment the effects of the laser and patch treatments. Cutting out fatty and sugary foods from your diet will also help you be able to reduce the appearance of cellulite.
